1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using BlindCalc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BlindCalc is an AI-powered window blind measurement and calculation system designed for curtain shops and window treatment professionals. The Service includes:
- Measurement data collection and management
- AI-powered production specifications calculation
- Cutting plan optimization
- Quotation generation and email delivery
- Production report exports
- Material library management
3. Account Registration
To use BlindCalc, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Use the Service for lawful business purposes only
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Plans
BlindCalc offers multiple subscription tiers:
- Free: 5 AI processing per month
- Starter: $19/month for 60 AI processing
- Pro: $39/month for 200 AI processing
- Business: $59/month for 600 AI processing
4.2 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- All fees are in USD and non-refundable
- You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
- Unused AI processing quota does not roll over to the next month
4.3 Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Reverse engineer or copy any features or functionality
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property
BlindCalc and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by RooDee Pty Ltd trading as RooDee AI Lab. You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the Service temporarily without prior notice.
9. Limitations of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for errors in AI calculations - you should verify all results
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlindCalc and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service, but may export your data within 30 days.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
